This is my website - www.guyver1.net 3 of my songs off my home recorded demo are available for download in the 'My Music' section. looking to jam with any1 local who's into rock/metal esp any1 who'd like to broaden their playing experience with some more 'progressive' rock/metal like dream theatre or Kansas/Journey etc. |

| About a year ago one of my neighbours, socialite Anouska de Georgiou, gave me one of her demos with 5 songs on it. Believe me, this girl can really sing; the most outstanding song on there was 'Loves Grave'. Anouska appeared alongside Jude Law and Sienna Miller in the film 'Alfie', she also has a part in the new Batman film. She is currently appearing in the Channel 4 series 'California Dreaming'. I know this girl will go all the way, the record companies will be falling over themselves to sign her, if they haven't already. I'm organising the Acoustic Music for the Tavistock Festival to be held in Ladbroke Grove in September for 'The Muse' gallery. We are holding auditions on Sunday 12th June 2005 at 'The Mau Mau' bar in Ladbroke Grove. Already confirmed to audition are Gus and Gronk from the legendary 'Carnival of Souls' this is the band to watch out for in 2006. We are expecting Zoe AKA 'Devlin Love' a singer with the 'Alabama 3' who are currently touring. Devlin Love's a brilliant singer and also the girlfriend of Nick Reynolds, their wicked harmonica player. Nick is the son of legendary outlaw Bruce Richard Reynolds, mastermind of the Great Train Robbery in 1963. You must get their latest album 'Outlaw' with Larry Love and the Reverend Wayne D Love on vocals. If you watch 'The Sopranos', you will already know the 'Alabama 3', they sing the signature tune 'Woke up this morning' - what a band! Another up and coming band from West London, 'Stolen Colours', who are causing a massive stir in the industry, will also be there doing a few acoustic numbers. Anyone wishing to audition please make sure you get to the Mau Mau by 6pm sharp. | Popped in to The Bute for a pint, was pleasantly surprised to find live music on. Amazing to see a young lad with an arm in plaster playing the drums - goo on him for not taking a break while it heals (excuse the oun!). Who was the fellow with the specs playing the black acoustic guitar? If I'm not mistaken I think most of those were his own songs, if that's so, I'd have to say that they were brilliant. Really nice songs and pleasant on the ears - then a jam followed by a vaudeville combo. Talk about diverse!!!Thanks for making my night, Dai |

| Hello again! Back in February, as a novice bass player I posted to ask if there were any musicians that would allow a 44 year old newbie bassist to join them for a jam session with a view to entertaining others later. Well coblers to the lot of you. I've gone it alone and after just 10 months of having started have been pronounced Wales's answer to Mark King. Shame really because I'm from Bristol originally. Seriously, If you are looking for an enterprising bass player give me a shout............. I'll play anything but love the 80's Brit-Funk sound as well as U2, Queen, Simple Minds. |

| The origin of Parcel Of Rogues. Robert Burns: SUCH A PARCEL OF ROGUES IN A NATION. Feelings ran high (and continue to do so) over the Act of Union, 1707, which suppressed Scotland's Parliament and her existence as an independent political entity. The `parcel of rogues' were the 31 Scottish commissioners who sold out to England, and were well rewarded with land and money for their treachery. Burns, being a placeman of the London government because of his position in the Excise, never acknowledged his authorship of this song in his lifetime. - It is also an album title by Steeleye Span. |

I’ve managed to convince it that your scripting isn’t the work of some e–terrorist, and I can now view the pictures. I have tested it with Windows ME through a 56K modem, Windows 2000 through a proxy server connection as well as Windows XP professional through a broadband connection. All of these work O.K. | i pass the word on about the music club, but it would be nice if there were posters or local advertising for it so that my friends who dont have the internet could tell what is on. maybe a regular in the leader or echo? posters for the months ahead? |

| Hi, Just found you site. Wonder if i`d be welcome at your club. I`m from a punk background , however i`ve left my old punk band and plan to get as many gigs as i can, playing my own style of punk folk. I play acoustic and sing(shout , whatever) I will be supporting an indie rock band in the future, however i`m looking for friends who can inspire me and open my eyes to even more folk.I can be found at my new site - http://butterflytrial.exalt.co.uk Thanx to anyone who read this far. Marc. |

| See, I didn't lose the soggy beermat that you wrote your website address on! Liked the look of the site, but couldn't tell if I liked the sound of it as the links to the Parcel of Rogues and Celtic Spirit MP3 files don't work! Oops! See y'all real soon... Dave |

| Hi Sent an e-mail forgot to request a return link to my site - courtesy an all that. Still want your Post Code - I use multimap - it is more universal. Just going to have a look at the code for the snow on the home page - not that I use fancies - not everyone has the latest browsers and my aim is to maximise reach - it isn't as pretty but more functional. Still that snow looks mighty interesting. |

| Hi Mel! Any progress on the CD? If you want to do festivals next year then we need to do something soon, also Chris and I have got another couple of professional acts to appear at the whitcombe next year P.s. the Celtic Spirit gig is on the 1st of Jan, not the 8th and you can also put them on the links page with celticspirit/mp3.com |
